Leanos provides an AI-powered internal knowledge assistant designed for professional services firms, including accounting firms and law practices. Our service enables organizations to:

• Index and organize internal documents in a secure, private environment
• Query their knowledge base using natural language
• Receive accurate answers with source citations

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leanos services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

4. Service Agreement

4.1 Pricing

Our standard service package is priced at $6,000 USD for a one-time setup and implementation. This includes:

• Full document indexing and organization
• Custom AI assistant configuration
• One-hour team training session
• 30 days of post-launch support
• Implementation within 7 business days

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon agreement signing. We accept wire transfers, credit cards, and ACH payments. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of deployment, you may request a full refund.

5. Data Privacy and Security

5.1 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents and data you provide to Leanos. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5.2 Data Processing

Your documents are processed and indexed solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not:

• Share your data with third parties
• Use your documents to train external AI models
• Access your data without your explicit authorization

5.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Ensure you have the right to share documents with our service
• Not use our service for any illegal purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

7. Intellectual Property

The Leanos platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leanos provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete all your data within 30 days unless you request a data export.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. For US-based clients, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform.
